You’ll assist with installing heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, baseboards, and ductless mini-splits. We are seeking a reliable, skilled HVAC Installer to join our team serving homes and small businesses in our Colorado mountain community. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related systems—including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, radiant heat systems, and ductless mini-splits. You'll work closely with our technicians and clients to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with installing HVAC systems in residential and small commercial settings.
- Help load and unload tools and materials at job sites.
- Measure, cut, and assemble basic ductwork and piping.
- Clean and prepare work areas and maintain job site cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.
- Learn to read blueprints and follow installation instructions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Experienced installers have different responsibilities.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and in tight spaces
- Good attitude and team player mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No HVAC experience required, but basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
